THE PASTRY PROJECT
CONCEPTUAL PUBLICATION DESIGN PROJECT
For a summer in college, I worked as a baker for a local coffee shop and it lead to an unexpected and intense love to bake. The Pastry Project was written as a solution to the various times I've baked more items than I've wanted to personally consume. With prompts to plan out recipients prior to even purchasing ingredients, the reader can combat this waste while building a community. There are suggested talking points with each recipe, plus a section that can be used to take notes on recipes or document their experience with each recipient.
